Track Position)
Veterinarian with advanced training in Diagnostic Imaging. Board certification or eligibility for certification in the American College of Veterinary Radiology or European College of Veterinary Diagnostic
Imaging by the date of appointment is required. PhD or advanced training in research is preferred but not required. Clinical experience and competence in more than one of the following areas in Diagnostic Imaging is required: Large Animal and Small Animal
Radiology, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Small Animal Ultrasound. Demonstrated aptitude and experience for teaching veterinary students and training residents is required. Documented research record or potential to develop an independent research program is required.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with others in a collegial team atmosphere. A valid license to practice veterinary medicine in California or a University license will be required before employment
(California Business and Professions Code Section 4846-4857; California Business and Professions Code Section 4848.1) the acquisition of which will be facilitated by the School of Veterinary Medicine.
